Kutch Wildlife Sanctuaries

The Rann of Kutch is located in the western Indian state of Gujarat. It is the habitat of the endangered Asiatic wild ass. You can also see the endangered Houbara bustard.

And in the otherwise inhospitable Rann live those rare and beautiful beasts: the onagers. And when they head for the rare hillocks in the salt desert, the bets as they are called, everyone knows that floods will come to the Rann within 24 hours. .

You can visit the Rann of Kutch while travelling to the Gir National Park from Ahmedabad.

This tour can be clubbed with your visit to Sikkim, Kalimpong, Darjeeling, Gorumara and Bhutan.
